Order Status
To check the status of your order, please use the Order Status link on the top right of every page. To view the order information, enter the tracking number that was emailed to you when your order was placed. If you don't have your tracking number, enter your email address and a link will be sent to you shortly. The best way to place an order is through this website. Find your items by returning to the homepage and using the navigation categories on the left or by using the Search function at the top right of every page. On any individual item page, click the Add to Cart button to add that item to your shopping cart. You can continue shopping or choose Secure Checkout to complete your purchase. You will be guided through the checkout process step by step—shopping cart review, shipping options, payment, and confirmation.Payment Methods
The website accepts credit card payment by Visa and MasterCard only. We do not accept mail orders paid by checks or money orders, and we do not accept American Express or Discover.Order Changes
If all the items you’ve ordered are in stock, clicking the Complete Purchase button (at the end of checkout) immediately sends your order to our warehouse for processing and shipping. Once the warehouse receives the order, it cannot be changed.If you have an order that is being held because of a back order and you want to ship the available items (or cancel the order), please contact customer service at weborders@knockknockstuff.com or (800) 656-5662. If the back-ordered item arrives in stock before we respond to your email, however, the order will be released to our warehouse and shipped.
Back Order Policies
Occasionally the Knock Knock product(s) you covet may be out of stock. This will be indicated on the product page, which will display the estimated ship date, as well as in your shopping cart and on your checkout invoice. You may, of course, opt not to put an out-of-stock item in your cart. If you prefer not to order out-of-stock items, you can ask to be notified when the product is back in stock. If you place an out-of-stock item in your cart, you will have the option to remove it upon checkout.If you choose to Ship When Available, we will send your order in two separate shipments. You will only be charged shipping for items that are in stock. Your shipping charge will be calculated by the weight of the currently shipping items in your order, not including the back-ordered item(s). When the back-ordered item(s) return to stock, the remainder of your order will ship. Whether you choose to Ship When Complete or Ship When Available, your credit card will not be charged for the item(s) or shipping until the item(s) ship. For Ship When Complete, this means your credit card will be charged again at the later date when your complete package ships.
For out-of-stock items, estimated ship dates are indeed estimates. While we try to estimate as accurately as possible, sometimes manufacturing situations beyond our control cause additional tardiness.
