Shipping Options

We offer domestic delivery services with FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Specific options are determined by your zip code, order weight, and address type (residential, commercial, post-office box, or APO/FPO). Ground shipments are normally sent FedEx Ground or Smartpost services. You can also choose from among express shipping options—overnight, 2-day, and 3-day services.

Orders shipping to post-office boxes or APO/FPO addresses must be sent via FedEx SmartPost, which uses the USPS for final delivery.

When your package ships, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number. You will be able to use that number to track your package both on our site and on FedEx’s site.

Delivery Times

If your order is placed by 9:30 a.m. EST and all the items you ordered are in stock, your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Sometimes we get a little backed up, but the longest it can take for in-stock items is 5 days (and we pretty much say that just to cover ourselves). Please see the chart below.

If you choose an expedited shipping method, such as 2-day or overnight, your order will be flagged as urgent and will go out the same day it is placed if the order is transmitted before 1:30 p.m. EST; after 1:30 p.m. EST, expedited orders will go out no later than the following business day.

Packages are shipped from Reno, Nevada. Approximate delivery times for standard FedEx Ground shipping, not including order processing of up to 2 business days, are:

• West Coast: 1–3 business days*
• Midwest: 4–5 business days*
• East Coast: 5–6 business days*

* Rural areas may take an additional 1 to 2 days.

Packages sent via FedEx SmarPost are delivered by your local US Post Office. Packages typically reach their domestic destination within 1-2 weeks, though it can sometimes take longer, depending on rain, sleet, snow, and/or disgruntlement. Neither FedEx, USPS, nor Knock Knock can guarantee delivery times with Smartpost services, especially during the holidays. Approximate delivery times for FedEx SmartPost shipping, not including order processing of up to 2 business days, are:

• West Coast: 4–7 business days
• Midwest: 8–9 business days
• East Coast: 9–10 business days

*Note: During the winter holidays, the USPS (who is responsible for final delivery of FedEx Smartpost shipments) is notoriously slow. Customers who select FedEx Smartpost for shipping should expect additional delays. If it has to be delivered before 12/25, you might want to choose an option other than SmartPost.

Shipping rates are based on method, weight, and distance from Reno, Nevada. You can estimate shipping costs by using our shipping calculator, accessible from your shopping cart.

After you've filled your shopping cart, click the Shopping Cart button located in the upper right corner of every page. Your shopping cart details will appear, displaying all your chosen items. Under Calculate Tax & Shipping, enter your country, zip code, and preferred shipping method, then click the Calculate button.

International Shipping

FedEx International and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) are available for select countries in Europe and Asia. Shipping rates are based on carrier, weight, size, and destination.

USPS packages cannot be tracked. Knock Knock is not responsible for lost, stolen, or otherwise missing packages shipped via USPS. Packages sent internationally via USPS airmail typically arrive within 2 weeks though can sometimes take as long as 8 weeks.

Packages sent via FedEx International can be tracked and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after leaving our warehouse.

International Fees

The shipping cost reflected during the checkout process does not include any import fees, taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees, distribution fees, or any other charge applied by institutions and organizations other than Knock Knock. The customer is solely responsible for these fees and any other additional fees that may apply. Please check with your local customs agency for more information; unfortunately, we cannot quote these costs for you. .
