Business HoursWe are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST. In this electronic era, you may also fax, email, or leave a phone message 24 hours a day.
Order StatusTo check the status of your order, please use the Order Status link on the top right of every page. To view the order information, enter the tracking number that was emailed to you when your order was placed. If you don't have your tracking number, enter your email address and a link will be sent to you shortly. If you have a problem accessing your order status, please contact customer service at email@example.com or call (800) 656-5662.
Placing an OrderThe best way to place an order is through this website. Find your items by returning to the homepage and using the navigation categories on the left or by using the Search function at the top right of every page. On any individual item page, click the Add to Cart button to add that item to your shopping cart. You can continue shopping or choose Secure Checkout to complete your purchase. You will be guided through the checkout process step by step—shopping cart review, shipping options, payment, and confirmation.
Payment MethodsThe website accepts credit card payment by Visa and MasterCard only. We do not accept mail orders paid by checks or money orders, and we do not accept American Express or Discover.
Order ChangesIf all the items you’ve ordered are in stock, clicking the Complete Purchase button (at the end of checkout) immediately sends your order to our warehouse for processing and shipping. Once the warehouse receives the order, it cannot be changed.
Back Order PolicyOccasionally the Knock Knock product(s) you covet may be out of stock. This will be indicated on the product page, which will display the estimated availability date and give you the option to request notification when the product is back in stock. We do not currently accept back orders. If you have any questions about out-of-stock items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (800) 656-5662.
Sales TaxWe are required by the state of California to charge sales tax to any order being shipped to a California address.
Gift Messages and WrappingKnock Knock proudly offers gift messages on any order, however, at this time gift wrapping is unavailable. To enter a personalized message, simply find the Gift Message field under Shipping Address on the Checkout page. Your message will be printed onto the box packing slip along with your name and a list of items in your order (prices are not displayed).
Gift CertificatesWe do not currently offer gift certificates.
Will-Call ServicesWe do not stock inventory at our Venice office, and our warehouse does not provide order pickup services.
Return PolicyUnused, unopened merchandise in original packaging and pristine condition can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the customer’s receipt of order. Returns due to no fault of Knock Knock will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded. For policies on returns of defective and/or damaged goods, see the Damaged and/or Defective Products section below.
Please follow the instructions below for ALL returns:
1. Contact customer service at email@example.com or call (800) 656-5662 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please write this number on the box or on the address label. Packages received without an RA# will be refused and returned to sender.
2. Packages must be shipped via insured U.S. mail or the traceable parcel carrier of your choice (such as FedEx or UPS). CODs will not be accepted.
3. Knock Knock is not responsible for any packages lost by the carrier. Knock Knock will refund ground shipping costs for those items that were shipped in error or received damaged and/or defective.

Return AuthorizationsAll returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Any package returned without an RA# will be refused and returned to sender. Please see our Return Policy above for instructions.
Damaged and/or Defective ProductsItems shipped in error or received damaged can be returned for refund or exchange within 5 days of customer’s receipt of order. Knock Knock will refund ground shipping costs for the return of any item shipped in error or received damaged and/or defective. Damaged packaging should be kept for inspection by the carrier. Please see our Return Policy above for notification and shipping instructions.
WarrantiesAny product purchased on knockknockstuff.com is guaranteed to be free from defects for a period of 90 days from receipt of your order. If you think your product is defective within the 90-day period, please contact customer service at email@example.com or call (800) 656-5662 to arrange for a refund or exchange. Please see our Return Policy above for instructions.
If you did not purchase the item on our website, please contact the retail store where you made your purchase.
Shipping Rates and TimesWe offer flat rate delivery to the contiguous United States. For orders shipping internationally or to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, PO boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses, see here for how to determine your rate.
Contiguous U.S. rates are based upon your order total and apply to both commercial and residential orders. When you proceed to check out, your order total will determine the rates and delivery services available. All flat rate shipping is provided by FedEx. Smartpost shipments employ the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) for final delivery. Ground shipments are sent via FedEx Ground. Express shipments are sent via FedEx Next-Day, Two-Day, or Three-Day, depending on your selection.
When your package ships, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number. You will be able to use that number to track your package both on the Knock Knock website and FedEx’s website.
All packages are shipped from Reno, Nevada. Processing and the FedEx delivery time ranges in the chart below represent business days, and are approximations

Transit TimesDelivery estimates in the chart above are based upon FedEx posted approximations and are subject to change without notice (due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, etc.).
Packages sent via FedEx SmartPost will be delivered by your local U.S. Post Office (USPS) and typically reach their domestic destination within one to two weeks. Neither FedEx, USPS, nor Knock Knock can guarantee delivery times via SmartPost services, especially during the holidays. Approximate delivery times for FedEx SmartPost transit and processing times appear in the chart above.
During the winter holidays, the USPS is notoriously slow. Customers who select FedEx SmartPost for shipping should expect additional delays. If your order must be delivered before December 25, consider other shipping options to ensure your package is delivered on time.
Shipping Outside the Contiguous U.S.Shipping rates for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, PO boxes, and Military APO/FPOs are based on method, weight, and distance from Reno, Nevada. You can estimate shipping costs by using our shipping calculator, accessible from your Shopping Cart.
After you’ve filled your Shopping Cart, click the Shopping Cart button located in the upper-right corner of every page. Your cart details will appear, displaying your chosen items. Enter your Billing/Shipping Address (country and zip are required) and then click the Calculate button under Delivery Options.
Orders shipping to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses must be sent Economy (via FedEx SmartPost), which employs the USPS for final delivery.
International ShippingFedEx International and standard postal service shipping are available for select countries in Europe and Asia. Shipping rates are based on carrier, weight, size, and destination. You can estimate shipping costs by using our shipping calculator, accessible from your Shopping Cart.
To estimate shipping, fill your Shopping Cart with your chosen items, and then click the Shopping Cart button located in the upper-right corner of every page. Your cart details will appear, displaying your chosen items. Enter your Billing/Shipping Address (country and zip at a minimum) and then click the Calculate button under Delivery Options.
Standard postal service packages cannot be tracked. Knock Knock is not responsible for lost, stolen, or otherwise missing packages shipped via standard postal service. Packages sent internationally via standard airmail typically arrive within two weeks, although it can sometimes take as long as eight.
Packages sent via FedEx International can be tracked and typically arrive within three to five business days after leaving our warehouse.

International FeesThe shipping costs reflected during the checkout process do not include import fees, taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees, distribution fees, or any other charge applied by institutions and organizations other than Knock Knock. The customer is solely responsible for these fees and any other additional fees that may apply. Please check with your local customs agency for more information; unfortunately, we cannot quote these costs for you.

Color RepresentationKnock Knock has made every effort to ensure that our website images represent actual product colors. With variations in monitors and other computer components, however, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see are accurate.
Security PolicyAt Knock Knock, protecting your information is a top priority. The use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology guarantees that shopping on knockknockstuff.com is secure. When you enter your credit card number, SSL encrypts all personal information, including your card number and your name and address.
To insure that any connection is secure, look at the lower right-hand or left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing a server. Contact and Personal Information
We require some information for shipping and billing. We may on occasion use our email list to distribute our own promotional materials, though we will always include a clear mechanism for removal from future mailings. We will never sell, give away, or otherwise allow the use by others of our customer lists or information. Without explicit permission, we will not use addresses, phone numbers, or other personal information for purposes other than order processing.

Contests and GiveawaysFor all contests and giveaways hosted at knockknockstuff.com, entrants must be 18 years old and U.S. residents to enter, unless otherwise noted.
Unfortunately, this means all of our contests and giveaways exclude Canadian and international entrants. Chance-to-win games are banned in Canada, with the exception of provincial lotteries, licensed casinos, and charity events. Many organizations still wish to sponsor contests, so they take advantage of a loophole in the law, which allows prizes to be given as long as the game is skill-based. In order to make a chance-based contest legal, a mathematical skills test is required so promotions companies can say that prizes were distributed on a the basis of skill (versus chance). At this time, Knock Knock elects to follow the law to the letter and therefore excludes Canadian residents from our contests and giveaways. We love our neighbors to the north, but administering math tests is not our chosen forte (we’d take words over numbers any day).

At Knock Knock we enjoy our work and delight in infusing our product with the fun we feel while making it. We operate out of light-filled loft studios in Venice, California, a fantasy locale if ever there was one. Our team now numbers twenty-five, a lean, productive group of amazing people who do everything from creating our products and books to overseeing the all-important logistical dynamics of manufacturing, sales, and distribution.
